Bursting with flavour, we blend sultanas, raisins, currants and candied peel with a splash of brandy and sherry, to create a rich paste that we fold into the blondie batter. The result? An excellent Christmas treat, infused with the quintessential flavours of a mince pie teamed with the fudgy softness of a blondie. What a joy!
