I've left it too late to order a cake. I need it in less than the five day cut off period. Can you help?

We can certainly try, we might be able to fit your order in. Email our team at togri.bakery@togri.co.uk with your requirements and we'll see what we can do.

Do you make vegan cakes?

Yes! We have our popular vegan brownies which can be found in our Traybake section and Postal Range.

Do you make gluten free cakes?

Unfortunately we don't make gluten free cakes but we can bake what's legally defined as "very low gluten" brownies. That's where we don't use gluten containing ingredients, but we share the same equipment and cake tins as all of our other cakes. So there may be some cross contamination with flour dust or gluten containing crumbs. Email us at togri.bakery@togri.co.uk for more information and to find out how to order very low gluten brownies. 

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free. Woohoo!

I chose a time slot but now I will no longer be at home to receive my cake. Can I rearrange my delivery time slot?

Yes you can. Let us know as soon as you can by emailing us at togri.bakery@togri.co.uk and we can arrange a different time or address. 

What happens if I forget about the delivery and no-one is at home when you deliver the cake?

How can you forget about a delicious cake heading your way? Well, you will receive an email reminder the day before your delivery. If no one is at home we will try leaving your cake with your neighbours. We will leave you a note to inform you if that's the case. If we can't deliver your cake this will be classed as a failed delivery and subject to a £5 re-delivery fee. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery slot.

How long do your cakes last?

Our cakes are usually at their most delicious for up to 7 days before they start to go stale. Although if you keep them in an airtight tub, in a cool place (not the fridge) and away from direct sunlight then they will last even longer. 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver our cakes to addresses in Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Solihull, Walsall and Smethwick. For a full list of postcodes that we deliver to please click here
