Local Delivery
If you live in Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Solihull then all of our cakes are hand delivered to your door for free by our bakers. We love to meet our fans. All you have to do is choose a date and time slot that is convenient for you. This is done just before checkout.
Our cakes are made to order so the minimum time between ordering and delivery is 5 days.
Please note that a £5 redelivery fee will be charged if no one is at home to take delivery of the cake and isn't accepted by the immediate neighbours. You will be contacted to arrange for a redelivery.

National Delivery - Togri By Post
If you live outside the above areas then do not fear. Our brownies and loaf cakes can be posted to anywhere in the UK for free by 24hr Tracked Royal Mail . Click here to view our Togri Cakes By Post.
Our cakes have a very good shelf life and are wrapped well so they will stand a delay of up to 10 days. So do not worry if your cake is delayed.
Our cakes are made to order so we need need time to make them before posting. Quality cannot be rushed and they are certainly worth the wait.
When will my cakes arrive in the post?
The date you choose for delivery is not guaranteed and deliveries to addresses in more remote areas may take a day or two longer. Your cake will be posted one day before your chosen delivery date via 24hr Tracked Royal Mail, but may, in some circumstances, take up to 3 days to arrive. Delivery estimations will also be affected by public holidays and other disruptions.
If the parcel cannot be left at the address premises or the recipient isn't in to receive it, then Royal Mail will usually attempt a redelivery for the following day but your cake may be returned to the local post office or postal centre for collection. However, you can request a safe place or a different delivery day using the tracking code on Royal Mail's website.
If your cake cannot be delivered successfully, and it is returned to the postal collection centre, then it is the recipient's responsibility to collect their pacel from Royal Mail within 10 days of the attempted delivery.
Delayed and Failed Deliveries
If your parcel seems to have failed to arrive at your home address then please check with all members of your household in case they took in your delivery on your behalf. Alternatively, check to see if your parcel has been left with neighbours or in a safe place around your property. Usually your postman will leave a card indicating if he has done this or has returned it to your local post office or postal centre for collection. If this is the case you must show I.D in order to successfully collect your parcel.
If your parcel seems to have failed to arrive at your work address then please check with your colleagues or post room to see if it was taken in on your behalf.
We regret that we cannot cancel or refund your order if your parcel was delayed by less than 5 working days.
