Togri Bakery Competition Terms And Conditions

By entering any competition run by Togri Bakery you agree to have read, understood and agreed to the following:

  1. The promoter is Togri Bakery. Registered office address: Unit 17, 272 Montgomery Street Business Centre, Montgomery Street, Birmingham B11 1DS. ("Promoter/Togri Bakery/us/our/we").
  2. This promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored, administered or endorsed by Instagram or Facebook.
  3. The promotion is a prize draw with one winner, selected at random.
  4. The prize is a box of eight Jammy Marvel blondies.
  5. To enter the prize draw entrants must join the Togri Bakery email newsletter between 24th January 2023 and 30th January 2023. Entrants can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
  6. The prize draw is open to all persons over the age of 18 who are residents of the UK. Entrants must have a valid email address. The prize draw is free to enter.
  7. The winner will be contacted on 31st January 2023 via the email address provided.
  8. The prize will be delivered to the address provided by the winner. The winner's name and address details will be used for gift redemption purposes. The Promoter may use information, including personal data, submitted by winners in connection with redemption of the prize in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available to view here and contains information about your legal rights.
  9. The winner must provide details for delivery within ten days of receiving notification that they have won.  If a winner fails to accept the prize in this time then the prize will be forfeited. A re-draw will take place on the eleventh day and a new winner will be randomly selected and contacted.
  10. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of similar value should the prize become unavailable for any reason.
  12. Togri Bakery employees, their family members and anyone else connected in any way with the competition are not permitted to enter.
  13. Togri Bakery takes no responsibilty for competition entries not received by the closing date for whatever reason.  Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt.
  14. Anyone found to have created multiple email accounts will be ineligible to enter the competition and/or their entries will be considered void and not counted.
  15. The Promoter may decline to fulfil a prize if the winner (or anyone authorised by the winner), acts in a way towards the Promoter which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive.
  16. The Promoter will not be liable for any prize that does not reach the winner for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control. There is no fee incurred for the delivery of the prize.
  17. Any incomplete, offensive or illegible entries will be considered void and not counted. 
  18. By entering the prize draw, the prize winner grants the Promoter permission to use their name and likeness for advertising and future promotional purposes without additional compensation (except where prohibited).
  19. The prize draw is governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with it.
  20. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions at any time and without notice (acting reasonably).
  21. The Promoter's decision is final and correspondence will not be entered into.
  22. The Promoter takes no responsibility for the accuracy of competition, prize and entry details provided to competition entrants by any third party. 
  23. Entry to the prize draw confirms that participants have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
